Community Update
Dear Sanctuary Members, We hope this message finds you well. After thoughtful consideration, we’ve decided to close our community platform in one week. We’ve heard from many of you that accessing the journaling prompts through a separate portal wasn’t the most convenient option. To better serve you, we’re excited to announce that our journaling prompt exercises will now be available directly on our website and delivered straight to your inbox. This change will make it easier for you to continue your journaling journey without any extra steps. Thank you for being part of our community. We look forward to continuing to support you in your personal growth through our new format. Warm regards, Team STM.

That makes me also sad. I was only a short while a part of this community and enjoying it.
Monthly overview of my sporting activities
I have created a sports page for August in my STM Bullet Journal which I would like to share with you. Maybe it will give you some inspiration for your own tracking. Every time I have done one of my 3 favourite sports, I sit down in the evening, paint the day and write the number of minutes, seconds or kilometres in the box. The month continues to fill up with coloured boxes and numbers and it spurs me on to keep working on my physical fitness, just by opening this page. Sometimes I don't feel like exercise, but then I do it anyway, just to have another coloured box in the evening. It's great fun to create and maintain a page like this. I did the same thing last month and was surprised how many boxes were coloured in the end. How do you do it? Do you also want to share your ideas? The page is in German, but I think you can translate it well into English.

@Robert Stefanek Thank you for your Sheet. Using a couple of lines instead of colouring in is also a great idea :-)

Welcome Linda. I hope you will find a lot of impressions for your journaling. Enjoy as i do.
Mindfulness: Birthday List
Do you know the birthdays of all the people who have wished you a happy birthday? Make it your mission to put a smile on their faces by wishing them a happy birthday too. I have not been careful enough with this in the past. Make a new page in your bullet journal. Write down each person's name and how they congratulated you: by phone, email, messenger or other ways. Write the birthday of each person in another column. At the end, mark the empty columns with a colour of your choice. Is your list complete? Have fun with it

Hello
My name is Ulli. I come from Germany. I love it to write in my bullet Journal because i found there a place to reflect myself and organize the month, week and day. In my Job i use the whole day a laptop and regarding to this, it's enjoyable to write manually down my suggestions in a high quality notebook like STM. I'm going to use the undated stm calendar combined with another notebook. Inside this, i make my bullet journaling for topics that has nothing to do with dates or appointments like different spread sheets or daily reports which are longer then one or two din A5 pages. I am interested in how to use the undated calender book in the best way and i will be happy if i can find some ideas in this community to reach my goal. My hobbies are my dog, reading books, making sport and selfcare since i began 6 month ago with bullet journaling.

@Dawn Kenny Hello Dawn, this sounds like a plan. I think you are on the right way. We are in the same age. For me the beginning of my journaling was a complete new journey. I found much videos on you tube which make this hobby interesting to me. So I began with it and from day to day I got more ideas to make my journal nice and my brain empty, because writing things down makes me happy and help me to organize my life better.
