I have created a sports page for August in my STM Bullet Journal
which I would like to share with you. Maybe it will give
you some inspiration for your own tracking. Every time
I have done one of my 3 favourite sports, I sit down
in the evening, paint the
day and write the number of minutes, seconds or kilometres in the box.
The month continues to fill up with coloured boxes and numbers
and it spurs me on to keep working on my
physical fitness, just by opening this page. Sometimes I don't feel like
exercise, but then I do it anyway, just to have another coloured box in the evening.
It's great fun to create and maintain a page like this.
I did the same thing last month and was surprised
how many boxes were coloured in the end.
How do you do it? Do you also want to share your ideas?
The page is in German, but I think you can translate it well
into English.
