Growing pains are REAL, but not as bad as the feeling of waiting during the "getting ready to get ready" phase. In the middle of experiencing some quality growing pains myself. Currently navigating my first subdivide project, with the help of my partners. Getting to the closing table has been an incredible growing/learning experience on my end. The lessons learned have been invaluable and the experience is leaving me wanting to pursue "value add" even more than before. Surrounding myself with quality people has made all the difference!

Intro!
Hey there, My name is Tyler and I live in WA with my incredible wife and four boys under 10 years (yes, my house is loud!). I am coming up on my first year in land. Been blessed in that short time with opportunities to flip, assign, and subdivide. When it comes to living/working in alignment with my core values, serving others and honoring legacy, subdividing fits the bill, hands down. @Trevor Probandt , appreciate the vision you have cast for this community. I'm excited to learn and contribute where I can!

When reaching out to land owners... what's been your most effective strategy? If anyone cares, I can share my letter & call framework/script (and would love to see how you're approaching it).

Very new to the subdivide strategy (and land more generally), but I have gotten leads from a neutral letter campaign as well as on Land Watch. I'm eager to hear how others have acquired their leads.
