Strategy Methodology
We offer Fractional Chief Growth Officer & Chief Product Officer services, we break it down into these 3 areas in our current business: Less than $3m $3m-$6m $6m+ We don't work with anyone over $25m, just not our wheel house of experience. Do we create 3 Skool groups for each of these? as they have different things happening, some things cross, but at different phases in the business. Do we create one group? 3 different classrooms? Guidance, input, thoughts, greatly appreciated!!

@Thomas Redmond Thank you for this perspective as well. I am going to pole our current members and see where they think it would be best. I see both sides of it. When you are $100k to $3m, the hustle, the discussions are similar to $3m-$6m. There is often a lot of value in a business owner at $7m, listening to a $500k revenue companies strategy. I have 650,000 YouTube subscribers, and 11,000 members in my Skool. Here's step by step how I’d grow my Skool if I had to start again: 1. Warm Outreach 2. 2-Step Post 3. $1.80 Strategy 4. Content // 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏: 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 (𝟎 - 𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬) Do this 1st because it’s the fastest and easiest way to get your first members. Here’s a full guide from Hormozi on how to do it. ☐ 𝐴𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑝: Reach out to 10 people // 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐: 𝟐-𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 (𝟏𝟎 - 𝟓𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬) This is a simple strategy that leverages a loophole in social media algorithms to generate a tonne of attention even without thousands of followers. Do this 2nd because it only takes a few minutes, but can quickly grow your group (if done well). Here’s a full guide I wrote on how to do it. ☐ 𝐴𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑝: Make a 2-step post on all your socials // 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑: $𝟏.𝟖𝟎 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 (𝟓𝟎 - 𝟓𝟎𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬) The $1.80 strategy is very effective at growing your group. This tactic got me my first 1,000 subscribers, made @Hamza Ahmed his first $1,000 online, and was the strategy @Goose Dunlavey and @Zain Miah used to win The Skool Games. It’s free, it works even if you have no audience, and it can be used on all of your favourite social sites (Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Reddit, and even Skool). Do this 3rd because it’s simple, you learn a lot, and it works almost all the time. It just requires work. ☐ 𝐴𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑝 1: Find 5 places online where your target audience spends their attention. It could be online communities, or influencers they follow. ☐ 𝐴𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑝 2: Join the communities, and follow those influencers on all their socials. Turn on notifications. ☐ 𝐴𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑝 3: Comment your 2 cents of value 90 times a day. That’s where the $1.80 comes from. Creating your own social posts relies on algorithms for reach. If you’re just getting started, it’s hard to make your content good enough to get attention. Start with comments.

50K in sales so far from my Skool Group
Created a SKOOL group start of Jan and have grown it to 3,000 in members so far organically (IG has been the main source, TikTok second) My group is FREE to join and I focus on delivering A LOT of value (I specialise in Menopause Health) - I post DAILY in the community section (mainly VALUE - ie education on certain menopause health factors) - our community is a good spot now, other women answering each others questions and so on - still work to do though - I have a very in-depth classroom section - my main pain point i'm solving with my SKOOL is to provide research that is heavily not available to menopausal women so the classroom feature is amazing for this - I run a masterclass at the end of each month inside The Lab - I don't sell directly on these but have made sales on the back of each. I just show up, provide value and both times got private messages after about coaching I don't sell anywhere inside my SKOOL (my main offer is 1-1 coaching), there is no link to a website, no "book a call with me", no 2 step posts - no CTAs anywhere - I just deliver VALUE, VALUE, VALUE How I have driven the sales is to host 3 days at the end of each month of Menopause Consultation Calls - These are not sales calls, I dont do sales calls in general But because I have pumped so much value and built so much trust these have got booked up in about 2 hours each time - which is insane to me because I get virtually ZERO self books from my social media with around 200k followers Every person who books a consultation call gets sent a loom video explaining our 1-1 services and asked if they wish to work with us after watching The ones who say yes get a call with me and I walk them through payment, next steps, onboarding etc The ones who say no get an actual health screening with a member of my team and put back into a VALUE funnel I made SO many mistakes over the last 2 months - didn't expect so many calls to be booked each time so quickly so my process sucked!! It's about 20% better now compared to January but still sucks ha - so much learning is found in data from just doing something - We booked the calls too far out the first time (again because I didn't expect such a demand) and show rate was poor even for the people who said they wanted to proceed with coaching - a lot better this time - Feb was better but its still no where near perfect, leaving a lot of leads/sales on the table with gaps in processes etc - I predict closing another 15-20k from the calls booked in feb as not all have been taken yet

Am I the only one?
Am I the only one seeing Skool being bigger than YouTube? I was thinking about it & YouTube is a common place to go for some sort of eduction. However, Skool is way better in so many aspects and much more hyper focused on so many more topics. I can see Skool outperforming YouTube by a mile and even being a publicly traded company. Anybody with me on this? Ramzi -

Beyond mind blowing. I think in less than 10 years, it will take over Facebook Groups, Portion of YouTube, and a majority of the online learning space! Anything else it would consume?

@Ramin Rayegan - Tafreshi We would love to double every year. It will be between 3-4 years and this will scale thousands of %. That's when we will really start to see and feel it. It is still in the early adopter phase.
