A good indicator can be that you feel bored doing them in the sense you can excruciate them well and in practice in high speed and demanding situations.

It went really Well. Alot of concept and principle drilled and used in practice🔥🔥 in my experience it was the most well structured Camp to date 🔝 meaning I personally and from what I could see with some of the people I train got a big lift to our fighting game. I definitely got some game changing concepts to work with and drill for the next foreseeable future

Qualifications in Smarter Fighter
Hi Sifu Martin, Thanks so much for taking the time to meet me last month. I would just like to float an idea. I think if you had an online grading curriculum and teacher certification, that would be awesome. I teach wing chun in Auckland, but I would love it if I had some certification in the Smarter Fighter approach to WingChun and fighting.

Hi Gray It’s a good idea, I will run it by Sifu. We have talked about how to eventually open of for teacher certification /training/camps or other things. Without speaking on his behalf, i know he would only do online teacher certification if we found a way to ensure the highest possible quality and testing so that the certified teachers benefits and are able to represent the academy well. So that you get the best skill development, knowledge and methods to evolve yourself, your student and club or establish a club. On top of that getting a valid certificate that means something as all your fellow teachers have the required level. If our goal to left the global level of wing chun we have to ensure the highest level teaching certification

@Miloš Tijanić nice to hear about your initial succes. Regarding the the agility part it hard to give you any relevant feedback without seeing a video of it or in person. but often loss of agility is in part to you tensing to much up - doe example using a lot of tension to keep the shoulder down. Regarding the head position making you feel vulnerable, if you duck you chin in it also makes you very vulnerable for head and neck grabs. Anyway you chin and head should be cover by your arm position/fence and cover hand when you attacking. But again hard to give specific feedback without being able to see you Application 😊👌
