My Tuesday 11 year old boy
25/6-24 (Im writing this 1 day late) Started the day with a 25 minutes morning workout, I was really tired as I didn’t get enough sleep, but it didn’t stop me from doing it. Because I was tired the workout could have been more effective. Ate a good breakfast: oatmeal, with granola and honey. (This is my normal breakfast) - school After school I went home and at around 16:00, I went to the football pitch for individual training. I focused on sprint on some new exercises I found. Thank you @francise for the good exercise. The training session was around 70 minutes long, as I took it chill at the end. Pasta for dinner with pesto and some carrotsicks with hummus. After I chilled a bit, took a warm bath and I had to watch my national team play at 21:00 Denmark. So yeah I didn’t get enough sleep either. But Denmark are staying in Germany! - slept minimum 9 hours ❌ - Drank minimum 2 litres of water ❓ - Training session ✅ - Mental preparation ✅ - Stretched for 10-30 minutes ✅ - Workout for minimum 20 minutes ✅ - Less that 2 hours screen time ❌ Overall it was a okay day. I could have been more seriously with my actions, and been on the pitch for much longer. Stay strong!

@Astor M.h. Great! Do you play a lot of pickup because i would really suggest you that you play as much pickup as you can (looking back to my childhood we played 4 hours everyday it was the best😂.

during season when i have team trainngs i keep individual sessions between 45min- 60mins long and during offseason i do around 2 hours+ you know sometimes you are on the pitch with your mates and you play footy- tenis amd 2 touch for 3hours😂. But yeah generaly 45-60mins… or even 30mins just for fun on the wall if i am tired… I hope that i didnt overcomplicate this😂
