25/6-24 (Im writing this 1 day late)
Started the day with a 25 minutes morning workout, I was really tired as I didn’t get enough sleep, but it didn’t stop me from doing it. Because I was tired the workout could have been more effective.
Ate a good breakfast: oatmeal, with granola and honey. (This is my normal breakfast)

After school I went home and at around 16:00, I went to the football pitch for individual training. I focused on sprint on some new exercises I found. Thank you @francise for the good exercise.
The training session was around 70 minutes long, as I took it chill at the end.
Pasta for dinner with pesto and some carrotsicks with hummus.
After I chilled a bit, took a warm bath and I had to watch my national team play at 21:00 Denmark. So yeah I didn’t get enough sleep either. But Denmark are staying in Germany!

- Drank minimum 2 litres of water ❓
- Training session ✅
- Mental preparation ✅
- Stretched for 10-30 minutes ✅
- Workout for minimum 20 minutes ✅
- Less that 2 hours screen time ❌
Overall it was a okay day. I could have been more seriously with my actions, and been on the pitch for much longer.
