@Ruth Thong No. Not gummies. I believe they are not "clean" and contain additives not good for the body.
Cinnamon really works
I have been putting cinnamon in my hot cocoa instead of stevia or sugar for three weeks now. Yesterday I tried it with stevia and it was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. Yesterday’s trial with the stevia as a bit of a test to see if the cinnamon had made a difference and it really has. I will no longer be using stevia or sugar in my hot cocoa.

Try making hot cocoa with sugar free macadamia nut milk or coconut milk, melted dark (70%+) chocolate and cinnamon. Add chopped up toasted hazlenuts or toasted coconut flakes if you feel adventurous! It makes it so creamy and indulgent. Yummy 😋
Breakfast timing
Do I have to eat the breakfast routine on getting up? My routine is to eat around noon

@Kathy Obrien thank you for sharing. I am plant based also and only have 2 meals a day. Please can you share what you eat to get 30gm at breakfast and lunch? I do not particularly want to eat eggs or take protein powder so struggling to make the 30gm a meal each day. Thank you.
