Just finished up a 3 mile run and my 1st full week of half marathon training.12 weeks left! And on carnivore! Race day is Feb 8th! So just a friendly reminder, keep moving and keep after your goals! The only person stopping you is you 😉

@Carol THorn just look at the package. Unless it’s homemade beef jerky made at home . Ideally you want something with 1 gram of carb or less. The brand I like is this one . You can get it on Amazon or most grocery stores have it .
My go to “cheat” food
Made some pork rhine chicken fingers in the air fryer 😋😋 my go to “cheat” meal when I want to stay carnivore but don’t mind going over my calorie deficit

@Coen Bras I use Cajun or Italian pork rhine crumbs found on Amazon. So the pork rhines alone give it flavor and I may add a little bit of adobo but that’s it’s .

@Carol THorn I wouldn’t . The whole goal of phase one is to get fat adapted and be in ketosis . Onions have quite a bit of carbs still .
