which one do you use for email archiving and why?

We switched from Global Relay to Mirrorweb over a year ago. The largest negative on Global Relay is you do not own the data. This means if you need an export for an audit or you choose to change systems (like we did), you have to pay for the data. This is a large cost. Whereas Mirrorweb, we own the data and can make exports on the fly.
Wealthbox question
I listened to the Wealthbox Value call today and it was informative. We're looking at Wealthbox as a potential CRM, coming from RedTail. I wanted to clarify a question on emails. If an email is deleted in Outlook, it would also be deleted in the email tab of Wealthbox and so you would not have a record of the email in the CRM. It should be archived instead. Do I understand this correctly? I think the mindset shift of archiving rather than deleting is a big one and hopefully Outlook can automatically Archive rather than delete.

If the email is in a folder under Inbox it will stay in Wealthbox. If you delete it from your Inbox, it will be removed from Wealthbox. Our workaround has been to setup a Wealthbox only email folder under Inbox. This way emails are retained in WB. All emails must be archived in a different system for compliance purposes. Hope this helps.
Operations Roadmap
I am being tasked with developing a Roadmap for operations should we increase our AUM by another $500mln in assets. Has anyone done this before? If you're willing, please share your thoughts. Going from $1.5bln to $2bln+ has alot of factors; # of accounts, # of clients, # of assets. I know adding to staff is a given, what other areas should I be thinking of. Thank you in advance for any responses.

@Marcella Toronto Our average account size is $5m. However with all clients, sometimes you get the large account, but its comes with 1 or 2 smaller accts.

As the compliance officer as well as operations manager, I continue to review separation of duties. Other thoughts are how are operation depts staffed; meaning 1 person does only new accounts, or is it better to have CSRs that create new accounts and operations then process the paperwork. Those are the types of things and more I'm contemplating.
Archive Systems compliant with SEC
I'm looking for an archive service to cover web, email, social media and text. Has anyone compiled a list of services that cover our industry and their price points? I find it frustrating to schedule demos without having some idea of the price points.

We are using Mirrorweb. The pricing is determined on what systems you have archived and if you do a 1,3,5 yr contract. Matteo Johnson (matteo.johnson@mirrorweb.com) was our sales person, he was great to work with.
