While it might make me sound like a psycho, The truth is, I’m one of those people. Hear me out for just a second, ok? When I say I “lie” to clients, I don’t mean promising them a billion dollars and then delivering nothing. Instead, I lie in the correct (and ethical) way. Here’s what that looks like: The client asks for 5 emails, I send them 8. I say the copy will be done by the end of the week, But then send the completed Google doc early by Friday at the latest. Technically, I’m still lying… But in a good way. So when I say I “lie” to my clients, It means I overdeliver like a crazy person on drugs. You might be thinking… “Great, more work for the same pay. ” But you’ve got it all backward. Overdelivering is about strategy. You create a reputation, Clients start talking about you in their circles, Referrals come pouring in, And one client get more and more.

I’ve just completed the transformation post for IG. My biggest takeaway: I’ve come extremely far and it’s about dang time I give myself credit for all the hard work I’ve put in to becoming who I am.

I’m excited to see what the next 14(ish) days bring. Recently, it was decided that I need to side step from my initial offering focus so that I can build it out and get better engagement, but side step into what I already excel at to generate an income at the same time.
