Questions for Module 4 Part 1 1. In case founders are no longer in the company/sold off and product is mature, example could be Flipkart. What do you think would be their vision statement? How important is to have vision at that time? 2. How are user needs and pain points are different?  - This may be covered in Product discovery, How people are meeting these user needs today and what kind of pain points they are facing while trying to meet these needs? 3. Tell me more about positioning? Can we use some of the USPs of the product to position it correctly? 4. Could you please provide more information about Normalization in the Roadmap?
Hello everyone
I'm thrilled to be joining this vibrant community and can't wait to connect with all of you. My name is Tej, and I'm a seasoned Business Analyst and Product Owner. My journey in the world of digital transformation began in the bustling heart of London, where I had the privilege of working with some of the leading insurance and healthcare giants. Through these experiences, I've developed a deep understanding of navigating the complexities of large-scale organizations and delivering innovative solutions that drive tangible business impact. But my story doesn't end there. Seeking new horizons, I then found myself immersed in the dynamic ecosystem of India, where I continued to hone my skills and push the boundaries of what's possible in the digital realm. From streamlining internal processes to enhancing customer experiences, I've played a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscapes of some of the industry's most prominent players and learnt the intricacies of product management along the way. Now, as I embark on a new chapter, I'm thrilled to bring my diverse expertise and unwavering passion for Product to this community. I'm eager to collaborate with like-minded professionals, share insights, and learn from the collective wisdom of this remarkable group.
