@Sid Arora - I agree. Terminology can differ, but the process and outcome will remain the same. I personally would prefer still thinking of them as 'users' rather than just 'humans' because when we do research to identify needs, our sample is always based on some criterion. This means that we are thinking of a specific set of users and not all humans.
