While visiting the ClickFunnels library in Boise, I came across this gem that addresses better dialogue we can have with our brain! Chapter 8 is about "Becoming Focused." The author developed a "One Page Miracle" where you take a sheet of paper write out your major goals under headings of "Relationships, Work, Money and Myself. Under Myself, write out body, mind, spirit, interests. What are your most important daily activities towards accomplishing ¹your goals?
