Hey Everyone, want to quit porn, internet addiction, computer overuse, feeding and rot my brain countless youtube/tiktok videos. And the most bad habit, compare my life/person to social media. I'm diagnostized with long-term depression, and mood-disorders, also mixed personality disorder and anxiety (also social-fobia). another bad habit: sugar/food craving. Every day a hell in cell, and want to over my life. Heavy suicidal tendency also a problem. I hope let the bad things, and recovery my long-term sickness.
