New to Redtail
I'm new to the RIA world and Redtail. Any pointers on best steps to follow to go from basic to complex is greatly appreciated. We use Redtail. We are a small RIA looking to grow rapidly and provide top notch client service/experience. Thank you! Marjorie

Integration: Orion Advisor Dashboard
I'm seeking feedback regarding the integration with RT and the Orion Advisor Dashboard. I called RT to see if they had an on-demand or live webinar to visually show the value of the collaboration, and they didn't, only a PDF. If you use this collaboration, please share if it has enhanced your firm.

Scheduling meetings with multiple team members
We are trying to find a scheduling solution (ex. Calendly, Zoom Scheduler) that will make it easy for us to offer times to clients/prospects that work for multiple team members. Anyone have a tool they like for this?

We use ScheduleOnce. The only solution for us was to split the databases for each advisor.
Redtail Review Reminders
We currently use a spreadsheet for annual review scheduling - Client by Month. As we grow this is not sustainable, obviously. What is helpful is that if they haven't scheduled their meeting we can go back and send additional reminders. In Redtail, I have set up a Keyword month for each client so I can generate a group to send a bulk email to invite them to schedule their meeting. What is the best way for me to track who hasn't scheduled so I can send reminders? Is there another field I can enter? It doesn't seem that tracking by Annual Review in Know your Client will work.

@Eleza Miller We use the reminders report and an advisory review spreadsheet that we update with the last review date. We found out early on that the KYC Reminder date isn't the best way to track, as it automatically rolls to the next review date, whether the meeting happened or not. Also, if the last review date set falls on the 31st, it will only count the months that have 31 days, which leads to a false reminder prompt. Another tip is to set the KYC reminder date 2-3 months before the deadline of the last annual review. This gives us time to schedule and catch any false review reminders.
