Prioritizing Yourself
Hello All, I just finished the Stress Management Course and itโ€™s made me think about a few things I may need to change in my life. Usually, I fit in my needs, wants and desires around everyone else, but Iโ€™ve been slowly trying to prioritize my workouts, etc. When I do I feel selfish, especially if it gets in the way of someone elseโ€™s plans. Anyone have any tips on how to do this with less anxiety and guilty feeling? Definitely open to suggestions!

Hi Natasha i can relate. As for prioritizing workouts i do them in the morning. This avoids running into too many other commitments after work. I feel more energetic throughout the day. It is difficult to balance but communicate your needs and the right people will be there to help you.
