Hello All, I just finished the Stress Management Course and itโs made me think about a few things I may need to change in my life. Usually, I fit in my needs, wants and desires around everyone else, but Iโve been slowly trying to prioritize my workouts, etc. When I do I feel selfish, especially if it gets in the way of someone elseโs plans. Anyone have any tips on how to do this with less anxiety and guilty feeling? Definitely open to suggestions!
