Passed PMP on first attempt with AT/AT/AT 🥳
I am thrilled to announce that I have passed my Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam on my first attempt with AT/AT/AT in all three domains from the esteemed Project Management Institute! My journey to earn this certification was a remarkable one filled with immense hard work, efforts, dedication and persistence. Andrew Ramdayal's Udemy PMP Certification Exam Prep Course/ 35 PDU Contact Hours & TIA Exam Simulator: Andrew's did a great job in explaining concepts so well and with such a simplicity that it becomes easier for anyone who are in beginning stage for PMP preparation. After completing Andrew's 35- hour course, I purchased TIA mock simulator that helped me to understand the mindset needed to excel the exam. Thanks @Andrew Ramdayal for your valuable guidance and making the leaning easier for all of us. *** FYI : I did wear blue and purchased carrot cake right after the exam 😎

@Dr Sajjad Mithiborwala nope, I don't think so, TIA simulator questions are comparatively easy and it's good to practice just after you complete the course but If you want to pass you exam, Study hall is MUST!!
Hybrid Approach
My issue is with Hybrid approach, I am consistently scoring around 50% or so in those type of Q's . Is there a mindset for hybrid methodology? Giving my exam on 6th June and am very anxious at the moment.

Stakeholders register or stakeholder management plan
Midway through a project, the project manager identifies new stakeholders. Each of these new stakeholders plays a different project role. What should the project manager do first? A. Meet with the project sponsor to learn if new roles have been created. B. Review the stakeholder register. C. Submit a change request to the change control board (CCB). D. Update the stakeholder management plan. Answer: D. Update the stakeholder management plan. Why D is correct and B is not? PMI Study Hall Question: My Understanding of PM Concepts: What I study and understand from PM concepts is whenever we identify any stakeholder first step is to add them in stakeholder register. 2nd step is, we will analyse them using Power/interest Grid which is 2 dimensional evaluation system. We can also use Salience Model as a tool for analyzing the stakeholders which uses the concept of Urgency and Legitimacy. 3rd step understand what our stakeholders think and what they are expecting from our project. We will collect all their requirements. 4th step is, we will update the stakeholder engagement plan to engage the stakeholders according to our analysis and collected requirements. 4th step is to update communication management plan for effective communication to fulfil stakeholder engagement plan. Correct me if I am wrong or missing something...

@Suhas Pai C?
Which one is best and why?
You have been assigned as the project manager for a web-based application project to automate the recruiting process for one of your clients. You have decided to utilize a Voting Technique to generate, classify, prioritize, and drive decisions forward. All of the following are valid Voting techniques EXCEPT: A. The decision is based on the most influential block in a group even if a majority is not achieved. B. The decision is based on a single course of action decided by everyone in the group. C. The decision is based on the support from more than 50 percent of the members of the group. D. The decision is based on the largest block in a group even if a majority is not achieved.
