3 Government Policies every female entrepreneur should know 👇
As a female small business owner, I've faced significant challenges while growing my freelancing business from 20K a month to 6 figures in a month over the past 2+ years. One of the most difficult aspects has been dealing with loneliness and isolation. The loneliness that often accompanies self-employment is a topic that's not discussed enough. If you find yourself in a similar situation, know that you're not alone. On this Women's Day, I want to share three government policies from the Modi Government that every female entrepreneur can benefit from: 1. **Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP):** Initiated by Niti Aayog, WEP supports female entrepreneurs with funding, mentorship, skill training, and marketing guidance. It also provides a community of like-minded entrepreneurs, which is crucial for business growth. Over 900 women entrepreneurs have already benefited from the Women Entrepreneurship Platform! 2. **PM Mudra Yojna:** This scheme has provided financial assistance to many women, enabling them to start or expand their businesses. It has empowered women economically and boosted their entrepreneurial spirit. Surprisingly, more than 68% of the loan accounts under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana have been sanctioned to women! 3. **PM Jan Dhan Yojana:** This initiative has increased financial inclusion among women by providing them access to banking services and financial products. It has helped women save money, access credit, and manage their finances more efficiently. If you're a female entrepreneur or freelancer, I encourage you to explore these policies and see how they can benefit your business. Let's support each other by sharing our experiences and lessons learned in the comments below!
