Here to quit sugar which so far I’m a week into and it’s going well (added sugar not things like fruit). I am also working to quit pmo and so far I’m like 5 days into that?

Here to lose 130 to 150 pounds. Starting weight - 300. I’ve currently lost 4-5 pounds by cutting out added sugar like cookies candy and ice cream
