Gratitude
Lets tackle this subject today. What is everyone grateful for? I know as the year winds down, we all have gratitude's that encompass us, and helps us with negative thoughts that come into our heads at times. I struggle with this daily. Procrastination, cloudy minds, etc. We all had moments like this. I unfortunately, have these issues daily. 2025 is going to be a better year and with better progress in my life. Anyone got any suggestions as to what to do with a routine everyday, let me know? Open to opinions.

@Eric Bach I already have the workouts in place just a consistency with them. Am I doing one day and then maybe take one or two days off and then do the next set and so on I’m gonna try to post them here so you can see him.
