Yes, I would definitely appreciate a daily recap.
Third night in a row completing 4 calls
All calls all the time. Getting great response to what most folks are saying is a new concept to them, Social Health. Talked to a local elected school board member tonight who asked before I had even made an offer, if I could do an in-service training for the school district's teachers on Social Health. Sending her a proposal this weekend.

Gem: Leveling Up
I had so much success with booking calls, I have not had time to work on the next few steps. I was feeling bad about plateauing at Level 3, then I realized Dan Harrison is only level 7. What I caught: Leveling up can happen inside and outside the skool. Initial calls finish up next week, then I'll be back to take the next steps and, hopefully, level up again here.

Day 3/4: Power Offers - Finally getting on the Prompt train
I have been using ChatGPT for a little over a year now in all kinds of interesting ways. But, I basically just go and have a conversation about what I wanted it to provide me with. I would just keep giving feedback and asking questions until I got what I was looking for. And, of course, I heard about these things called "prompts," but just translated that in my head to mean the questions you asked. Well, now, I know differently. The "Build your offer" prompts took ChatGPT to such a new level of efficiency and effectiveness that the way I use it is forever changed. So, what did I "catch" in Day 3/4? I caught the Prompt train that I have been let pass me by for a year.

What I am learning...
I am learning that for me to be able to grow as an online coach, I am going to have to be a lot more active online. Being introverted, sometimes it can be easy to go long periods of time without communicating with others. But we must be mindful of habits that don't support growth.

One of the techniques I talk with my introverted clients about is creating a social interaction schedule. They set up specific times during the week to connect and interact, and other times when they do individual activities. For example, for the online elements of your business separate the time spent crafting social media posts on your own from the times you schedule responding and interacting online. Don't get seduced into responding when you just logged in to post. You can do this for personal relationships as well. My introverted clients report that this structured approach helps them feel more in control of their time and energy while still making room for relationship building.

My passion is helping people increase their connectedness and banish loneliness. Social health is the key to life satisfaction and self-acceptance.
