@Daniel Jacobsen Not gonna lie combo exhaustion and magnesium. I travel a lot for work and when I get out of my sleep Rhythm I have to take sleeping pills for the first three days when arrive at a destination +8 to 16hrs ahead and then sleeping pills the first three nights I get back. This last trip to China kicked my butt but stress at work doesn’t help. But I try not to use anything in between trips when I sleep and it’s been tough this time round. Audio book with a timer helps a lot too.
A full nights sleep, I slept 8 hours last night which may not sound like a big deal but recently I have been sleeping 3-4hrs a night, so I will take it.
