Gym sessions, weight loss.
Hey everyone. This is my motivation photos for anyone that has lost the motivation. You can do this. I am now down 7kgs since I started my weight loss, get fit and healthy regime almost 6 weeks ago. I am so proud of myself and have so much more energy now. I have another 8kgs to go and I'm at my goal, bring it.

Went to gym.
First time going to the gym today. I used the treadmill. I did 5 minutes of brisk walking 10 minutes of jogging at a steady pace and 5 minutes cool down. Was only 20 minutes but was better than not going.
