MY RESULTS SUCK

Hey Ya'll, Note: this is also posted at MaxPremium. What should I do? I got no results. Zero. Zilch. Not gonna lie. I'm an expert in my educational niche, but I guess I suck at business. I've promoted the %$@# out of my community. But got nothing to show for it. No paying members. No MRR. Zero participation from the 10 people joined with instant access without purchasing or requesting membership. I think my offer is good. I think my avatar is clear. It's actually worse than what I'm saying here. I've been sucking at this for a long time. I have... ✅ worked through and done Jeff Walker's "Product Launch Formula" two times. ✅ worked through and applied Donald Miller's StoryBranding approach. ✅ hired a StoryBrand certified business coach and worked hard to follow his advice. ✅ read both of Hormozi's books and worked hard to apply the ideas. ✅ been doing this a long time, my online learning system is 10 years old, and it really works. I'm a certified dynamic expert who genuinely rocks the skills and expertise to do what I'm offering. But I guess I ain't got no golden touch, no magic, but... Maybe one of ya'll has the tweak or suggestion that I need to turn the corner. Any thoughts? JP

Hello, I can't help but think how the hell are you going to make me fluent if you don't speak my native language ?? Like, how am I gonna be fluent if I need to be fluent to take your course. To me if you were born in a country then you naturally are fluent in that country's language. So the offer can only be for foreigners. (I don't teach languages so may be I'm wrong on this one) The version of the about page that I see is the one with all the ⚡️ icons. To me icons are bells and whistles, the more bells and whistles in the offer, the less quality in the product. As someone else said, the list is a list of features rather than benefits. What is your offer ? fluency in 3 months ? In a unique proposition value there are 3 elements : "I help X do Y thanks to Z" Who do you help ? who is the persona ? What do you help them with ? is fluency their end goal ? How do you help them ? what solution do you have that can't be found elsewhere ? P.S. you wrote ⚡️anguage ⚡️uperpowers but L is not an ⚡️

I think people should identify the skills they are good at and build their youtube career around that. So if you're good at editing you should be a youtuber editor. If you are good business creation you should delegate video production and maybe start several channels. etc

I would not click on the first because I don't understand it. I would not click on the second because it does not bring anything new to the already old news.
