So many people yesterday had comments regarding difficulty in finding/maintaining joy in their lives. Is joy a phenomena that truly only occurs rarely, or is it possible to be in joy all the time?
When I can’t feel joy anymore I take myself on a long walk to remind my body of its aliveness and I create stone or flowermandalas on the shore. My creativity helps me to override the thought pattern that lead me into the past. The creativity helps me to stay present. I usually feel a shift after.
