Has anyone else had troubling sleeping with the seasonal shift?! I live in Portland so the change in the light and temp always throws me off. What are your go-to ways to get better sleep?
I have been majorly, struggling with sleep for quite a while yet, I am thinking it is because my health has been going downhill. I am definitely not getting the same benefits as I was though I know I am still getting benefits because one night by accident, I took the wrong pills. I literally pulled an all nighter so I know that the dream does work, just not quite the way it did. What a way to find out, Is it harmful to take three?
