On my morning piano practice - I often avoid the difficult areas because the easier bars, are just, easier😅. But as one can imagine - that's where most of the improvement comes from (face the challenge head-on). Overall in life - I need to listen to advice from people who have been there (in this case my piano teacher) and avoid the easy path. This is also the reason I am doing this medication challenge.

I love where I live now but would love to spend more time outdoors. When my grown-up children finally leave home I might consider spending a few months every year in different countries.

Letting go of the occasional negative emotions which I now understand is caused by attachment and future expectations.
