Morning all! Happy Independence Day! Had some thoughts this morning I wanted to share with the group. Top things I LOVE about real estate investing: -Cash Flow -Tax write-offs -Mortgage pay down -Appreciation -Control And one more to add to the list that does not get as much attention is real estate’s hedge against inflation. Real estate has historically acted as a hedge against inflation. As the cost of living increases over time, rental income and property values will also rise, helping us investors to maintain a very stable income stream!! Any thoughts?
