This is gold. Research shows that when we vividly imagine a positive scenario, it can activate similar brain regions and neural pathways as when we actually experience that positive event. This can lead to the release of certain neurotransmitters associated with positive emotions, such as dopamine and endorphins, which can improve our mood and provide temporary relief from depression or anxiety.
