Lyrics in choir libraries
Hi all. This may be a rather simplistic question to you lot and may even require an RTFM response to me! 🤣 However; how do you get realistic sounding lyrics in your choir libraries? I use East West Symphonic and Hollywood choirs and 8Dio Lacrimosa, all of which have word builders. That said, I've never been able to create anything as convincing as some of the examples that I've heard on here, especially Alex's. Do you guys use the word builder to create actual words, or just the vowel / consonant sounds to approximate the sound of language? Is there a knack to this that I may be missing? Cheers all. 😊

@Alex Pfeffer Fantastic! Thank you so much, that has 100% answered my question. I'll have a look at the libraries that you suggested. Thanks again.
Let us see your studio! 🎹
Hey all, Now, what would a community be if we didn't have studio pics of all your places? Feel free to post your creative places here, and let us see where you give birth to your creations! If you feel like posting several pictures, please put them in the comments below your own post instead of opening a new thread for every picture. Thank you!

This is my tiny bedroom studio; a lot of the stuff in it is ancient! (as am I! 🤣), (Korg DS8, X5DR, Roland ep7e etc), however, I compose, perform, record and mix / master entirely in the box these days using Cubase 12 Pro, and as many plugins as I can afford including free stuff. Most of my stuff is actually composed and recorded in the back of my campervan using an Alesis controller, a UR22 interface, Sennheiser headphones and my Asus ROG laptop before I start work in a morning, but I don't have a photo of that; I'll add one of those tomorrow.

Success Amplifier - Step #05
This process can be really simple but nobody will get into it because you may THINK it is not worth it. Let me put some clarity on why it is so important to create content, how you can do it, and what it can do to you if you do it right. So here is your next mission: 1. Check out the video 2. Then create content as we talk about in the video Please keep the following in mind: Your content should focus on your target group, don't overthink it, think in the perspective of your target group and not what YOU THINK would interest you. Focus on entertainment or the benefits you bring to the table. Want to achieve more? 👉 Book Your Free Strategy Call Now

100% gonna give this a go this weekend. This method will solve the large gaps in time between my postings as I write / post another piece. :-) Thanks again Alex.

Okay, let's continue. First, make sure to watch the video and follow as described. 1. Create a demo reel that speaks directly to your desired client. 2. 4-5 tracks, not too long, again focusing on your target group 3. An attention-grabbing video could work 4. If you have credits, feel free to put them on there. It is always a good thing! 5. Regarding your bio, don't try to impress with tons of information. Try to grab attention! 6. Once you are done, share your reel in the comments so we can look at it! :) Check out Reelcrafter → HERE Want to achieve more? 👉 Book Your Free Strategy Call Now

Recommended DAW
I know each DAW have their pros and cons but what's the recommended or ideal DAW for composition? Which would would be ideal for the mixing/mastering as well? I ask because my goal is to have the tools that would produce the best quality. I bounce in between FL Studio and Studio One at the moment. All suggestions welcomed. Thanks.

I agree with the above in that each DAW has their own pros and cons, however, I'm personally a Cubase user and have been since V2 in 1990 through to Cubase 13 today. I find that it suits me as a keyboard player recording cinematic mock-ups and hybrid tracks from start to finish including mastering.
