Parent / fitness instructor (my kids) Here to get more info on skill, ways to improve etc.. have a 14 year old that plays u15's, colts and umpires seniors.. a 13 year old that only started playing 3 years ago and a 9 year old started this year.. and i have no idea about afl as i was rugby.. lol... got my 14 year olds run time in 2 months from 15 mins 28 secs down to 10 min 12 secs... with his running program, HIIT programs and body weight programs he should put on 10kg muscle.. he isnt a tall kid and played ff this year (coaches said they gave him the hard tasks and he stepped up.well)
