GPT uses resources when it shouldn't.
I have created a GPT for customer support. I copied a ChatGPT conversation with a lot of back and forth into a PDF and uploaded it to the GPT to use it to learn the style of responses I want it to write. It keeps using actual customer information etc from that sample file. For example: In the PDF there is a customer asking about some product information, her name is Melanie. When I start a conversation with the GPT it immediatly starts with "Hi Melanie" and starts to answer to a question from the chat history uploaded. I prompted it "Use the attached PDF "[Company Name] Previous Customer Support Conversations.pdf" to learn how to write emails for us. Ignore the personal details from that PDF." I added a conversation starter "New Customer Inquiry" and told it if it gets prompted with that, it should just ask for the Cutomer Name, language and inquiry details. Instead, its just starting an email Reply saying "Hi Melanie" and rambling about queries from the sample conversations sheet. The sampel conversations pdf contains prompts too - its a ChatGPT conversation - do you think this confuses it? How do i stop it? Overall it often does not follow instructions. I guess my prompting is not good enough, how can I make it follow directions better?

ChatGPT forgets initial input
Hey folks. I am trying to do something with ChatGPT. I give it an initial input with instructions and tell it that I will share infomration in 3 parts and based on that it should help me with something. The first part of information is 4000 words long. After that input it asks me a couple relevant qustions. but after that it forgets basically the initial prompt. I tried to break it up in small jumks, but its the same thing. I read that with each prompt it sends the data of the full conversation as an API call. If the convo is too long (or prompts are too long) it starts to cut off previous data as it can not fit the data into the call. So it doesn't matter if you provide it with data in 1 big prompt or junk it up in 4 small prompts. Any idea on how to feed it data as big as that?

Errors in Chat GPT
Hey guys! I have major issues since 3-4 days. Sometimes I would write a prompt, hit enter, the prompt disappears and nothing is happeing. Only reloadign the page multiple times does solve this. Something that is even more annoving is the errors below. ChatGPT just stops working and then throws up one of those errors. Sometimes it takes 5-10 times of reloading and trying again. I tried disabling all chrome extensions. I tried using incognito mode and also tried using another browser. So its not caused by anything on my side. Anyone has the same issues and maybe found a way to solve it? Thanks

@Steve Senior You are looking for a paycheck without the work. ๐Ÿ˜… There are prompts, even companies providing it as a service. They just never provide a good output. I usually realize they don't get me what I want and start over writing a prompt from scratch. At the gym right now, when I am home I'm sharing a chrome extension that integrates with gpt and provides prompts for all kinds of things.

@Steve Senior Stop overthinking buddy. Just share it! :) Might not be helpful for 10 peoole but then 1 person finds a good usecase and it helps him.
