Hey brother I am in home remodeling as well I'll tell you how I do it, and how I've found success personally after having tried all those payment options. I charge a set up fee of 3k + then a 6% of commissions on projects closed from my clients. My clients call and message me when they close projects. The best thing you can do is make sure the relationship always stays close and healthy. There is really no reason why he would lie to you, the guy which is helping him grow and get more revenue. It would be dumb from him to backstab a good marketer he's working with knowing all the shit that is out there. Especially for the reason that i tried to use this hashtags but they werent very effective or just few people were using them, or the accounts were quite inactive. I suggest that you just follow a big remodeling business in instagram and go tho the followers and suggested. And so on and so on. It will be easy to find a lot of accounts like that. Then I think that is what you should apply for your own agency. Just build and test a script, build a team for your own agency's sales and you're ready to rock and roll. Did you consider that?
