Any solutions to this Email Problem?

I went and bought domains from Goddady and outlook inboxes , set up properly all the dmark and dkim registers, after warming them up with smartlead for about 3 days , all the outlook inboxes got locked out and suspended for suspicious activity ( they were not delivering as spam at all) figured it might of been a smartlead issue, made new inboxes and tried instantly, after 4 days of warming up the same issue appeared, on both occasions the warming up was slow , first day 2 emails , second day 4 , 3rd day 6 and so on, is this a outlook issue because even if I unlock them with phone number, they get insantly suspended again.

Any solution to this ?
