@Sid Arora Thanks for the feedback. I had an aha moment when I saw the Behavior, PS, and PE videos. As a Product Manager, I need to use different frameworks to "communicate" - "What I need, Why it is required, and the Impact it has" at different stages of the product life cycle. This "communication" competency is also being evaluated in interviews, starting with a Resume (evaluating written skills), Behavior (on Past Projects in Verbal format), Product Sense (on hypothetical product challenges in logical structure format), and Product Estimation (on Product improvement challenges in logical structure and collaboration format).

Here's the updated resume with Impact details, let me know. - Defined the product vision and platform strategy for large-scale AI, Data, and IoT initiatives, leading to the successful launch of innovative 'everything as a service' data products and driving business growth. - Developed the AI Data Platform Roadmap to establish a 0-to-1 foundation for the LLM RAG platform, improving data observability, AI governance, privacy, compliance, analytics, and scalability, leading to the launch of 4 AI agent data products within 3 months - Led prompt optimization by evaluating various templates and prompts from vector stores, increasing response accuracy and relevance by 30%. - Led the evaluation of vector databases, AI data platforms, and search tools for embeddings, data management, and hybrid search to enhance prompt generation accuracy. This resulted in licensing Weaviate Vector Database, Databricks AI Platform, Cypher Knowledge Graph, and Tivily Search. - Defined data criteria for building Customer Profile Knowledge Graphs, prioritizing key nodes and relationships to enhance prompt context, leading to implementing Minimum Viable Graphs (MVG) and data analytics dashboards.

Day 1 - Assignment submission
Share the 3 things that help you standout as a PM job applicant. Feel free to use these thinking prompts: 1. What skills and qualities do I have as a professional that are important for a PM role? Which of them are not visible through my resume? 2. What values do I have as a person that make me a great fit for PM roles? 3. What can I learn about the company/role/hiring manager, that will help me make my application better? How can I find this information? 4. What unique experiences do I have that will make me stand out?

1. I feel my experience as a venture-backed Startup Founder, with 10+ years of experience working in Apple, Symantec, and other companies as Senior Data Governance Manager and Product Manager, is really applicable to the Data Products Manager, Data, and AI roles. *** I have narrowed my job search to AI and data PM only, hoping to be selected. I need to market-test it.  2. My passion for building customer-centric products, experience in the Product Management Lifecycle (PMLC), and ability to deal with different stakeholders make me a good fit for the PM role. *** My challenge is that PMLC is different in different organizations, and it can be problematic in the first 90 days to adjust and be impactful in terms of strategy decks, one-pager briefs, or iterative PRDs. 3. After listening to your videos, I’m able to look for keywords and understand the role. I need to do A/B testing of my assessments of the JD and the hiring manager’s expectations.  4. Experience at Apple + Founder + Data & AI PM role will make me stand out. *** The Challenge is in the senior PM and GPM/Principal PM roles. I feel the senior PM role might be best suited for me, and I plan to fill the gaps.

Referral - product manager
Hi Everyone, I've used up most of my savings and have moved back in with my parents. Any leads or referrals would be greatly appreciated. I'm a Product Manager living in the Bay Area, currently seeking new opportunities. Due to a recent physical health issue, I am looking for remote-only positions. I have six years of experience in Product Management and am open to roles that will allow me to support myself without the necessity of a high salary. Thank you for your help. Best, Stephanie Zlateva
