How to Practice Editing?
Hey, I'm new here, and I'm curious what would be the best way to develop my editing skills. Like what is a daily habit or a simple way of finding a way to edit everyday. I've heard of recreating edits I like or doing fan edits for small youtube channels, but I was curious if you guys have any other recommendations for building up my skills. --- (Btw my goal is to be a Cinematic Vlogger or Video Essayist, but I'm also curious about messing around with hyper edits and motion graphics)

Re-editing videos is definitely the right move! Just grab some footage from youtube or Instagram and tiktok as well, edit them in your own unique way and just keep on repeating this step as much as possible. Try different types of videos and you’ll definitely step up your game 🔥👏

Sony a7iii vs Lumix S5ii
I own both cameras and each of them have their strengths/weaknesses that I've noticed while shooting videos. What camera would you guys recommend and why? (I'm a beginner videographer)

It really depends on your use, i have a Sony camera and it’s easy to work with. Great autofocus, good in lowlight, sharp 4k videos, great ergonomics…, it gives you clean results without putting too much effort 👌🏻

What do you think is the best Sony lens for music videos?

If you’re on a budget you get a sigma 24-70mm f2.8, It has a variety of focal lengths to use and good in lowlight. 24 for wide, 50 for medium, 70 for close up + you can use it to achieve artistic effects like the dolly zoom…that is if you are on a full frame.😁👌🏻 If you’re on an aps-c you can pick a sigma 18-50mm f2.8 which can cost you 500$.
