Whats your focus this week?
I just got done with my EOW reflection for last week (Im a little late because I had a bunch of shit to do yesterday) and one thing I always do is audit my productivity and focus for the week. Here's my main focus going into this week that I compromised last week: 1. When fasting stay clear of fizzy drinks or BS energy drinks --> water, coffee, and tea only 2. Dont consume fizzy drinks or overeat even on Sunday or when going out on friday. Eat slow, eat clean food, stay clear minded because thats when you are your happiest. 3. Be more social in the gym. take airpods out and speak to other people 4. When a sales call no shows DIAL DIAL DIAL. They are the blood line of your business so stop treating them like they do not matter 5. YOU NEED SALES THIS WEEK --> 2-3 CLIENTS CLOSED IS THE GOAL + UPSELLING CLIENTS These are the 5 things I compromised on last week without even realizing. I urge you, if you do not already, do set aside your entire Sunday to audit the week and come up with a mission for the week ahead. My goals for this week: 1. Convert 2 promising prospects into paying clients 2. Hit the gym 5 times minimum + 10k steps/day 3. Stick to my routine: wake up at 6 am, phone off by 8 pm 4. No crappy BS food, that make me sluggish 5. Utilise my new case study when outreaching
PHYSIQUE UPDATE - Transitioning into lean bulk in 1-2 weeks
When I look in the mirror I feel like a fucking machine at the moment. I literally have unlimited energy. I've been fasting 1-2 days in the week and then eating between 1,700-1,800 calories every day besides Sunday where I eat at maintenance. Transitioning into a lean bulk in 1-2 weeks, goal is to get to 9%-11% body fat first so IM pushing through the next 2 weeks

Every person you look up to has one thing in common. They understand the power of compound interest: daily micro action compounds into macro results ''he's so disciplined!'' ''He's so consistent'' - these are traits that are formed through micro repetition... So what did you do today that reinforced the best version of you? for me it was: - I woke up on time - I had a cold shower - I did 4 hours of deep work - I had a difficult team meeting and showed up on time - I took responsibility for the team feeling overwhelmed - I went to the gym and worked harder than yesterday - I stuck to my meal plan and ate clean These small micro wins not only build you into the ''best'' you - they also kill your old identity. The version of you that makes you give in to bad habits and lose trust in your own word Keep the promises. The most important person to build trust with is yourself.
