I just got done with my EOW reflection for last week (Im a little late because I had a bunch of shit to do yesterday) and one thing I always do is audit my productivity and focus for the week. Here's my main focus going into this week that I compromised last week:
- When fasting stay clear of fizzy drinks or BS energy drinks --> water, coffee, and tea only
- Dont consume fizzy drinks or overeat even on Sunday or when going out on friday. Eat slow, eat clean food, stay clear minded because thats when you are your happiest.
- Be more social in the gym. take airpods out and speak to other people
- When a sales call no shows DIAL DIAL DIAL. They are the blood line of your business so stop treating them like they do not matter
- YOU NEED SALES THIS WEEK --> 2-3 CLIENTS CLOSED IS THE GOAL + UPSELLING CLIENTS
These are the 5 things I compromised on last week without even realizing.
I urge you, if you do not already, do set aside your entire Sunday to audit the week and come up with a mission for the week ahead.

The two big rocks I'm moving right now are:
- Finishing up my cut in the next 1-2 weeks at 8-10% body fat
- Scaling up to $100k MRR in the agency in Q2 or early Q3
