@George Monks my advice is find ways to message on IG am seeing its one of the best and as good open rate: First don't dm ASAP try and maybe find one or two advice you can give on their content on IG they have higher response rate than Facebook. Then if they read it and reply now proceed to dm them but don't start with I do funnels, start with "how's your business going and all?" Believe me they see it on IG was doing facebook for two months I was just swimming deep in message request for months

Well website is like a landing page and doesn't guide the customer to a specific journey,just shows you the basic things of the business. (Website is like a full cake 🎂 while sales funnel is like earing a pie then from a pie you'll eat a bread) Sales funnel guides the customer to different journey from maybe a landing page to Thank you page and maybe to sales page depending on the offer
