I don't know every technique there is, but I've got a decent roll-a-dex to work from. Hopefully I can help and shoot a technique video of it for you!

Personally I come from judo (just got my orange belt let's goooo) so Uchi Mata would be my favourite but what's yours, if it's a judo throw I would be happy to help any form mistakes/questions.
