Hey there! Curious if anyone has worked with both Sidedoor & Daniel House Club and would like to share their thoughts/experiences? I have used Sidedoor on a couple occasions and had the clients purchase directly. The process didn't seem clear to the first client and there were some issues with delivery. Second client ordered a sideboard and it took a couple months at least, plus I had to keep checking in with them in regards to eta. Then I saw the same piece at a retail store with a 1 week delivery. Which led me to wonder if they just don't have the staff to be on the ball with order processing. I have a call with them tomorrow about their new Firms+ program so I'll see what that's about. Hopefully more customer support. I am signed up with DHC. Though I have not used them, they seem to offer more support. My concierge seems great as he answered a bunch of questions I had within the same day. One thing I like about Sidedoor that DHC doesn't seem to have is creating collections so you can offer shop the looks for passive income without having to send them a cart. Would love to know others experience with the two or if there is another to consider. Thanks!
