I feel bad about writing this because I know there are us out there who have no help. How does one handle a spouse who wants to help some much that it is hindering the process of my becoming more independent. I know there will be things I'll always need some assistance but the little things I want to get better at. I see alot of us in wheelchairs doing things I want to do. What is a nice way of letting them know I appreciate the support but want to become more independent.

Wheelchair warriors introduction
2017 I became a paraplegic, chest down. Since then been staying active with physical therapy and general workouts in the garage. Lately I've hit a slump in my nutrition and weight gain. Hopefully I can get back on the motivational track here in this group.
