I just did a trial sign up to test my integration and was wondering why it didn't come through in zapier?

For tracking purposes should Trials count as churned if they don't convert?

Pretty Cool NEW Test 🧪...Check it out👇 A couple of hours ago, I made this post inside the free community offering a free trial to the next 10 people that drop a GIF in the comments on the post. (scarcity & social proof). I added a single option poll that said "I Want In". I DM'd everyone that voted the link to get the free trial. I also mentioned that everyone else would be put on the waiting list until we release the next round of trials. (pent up demand) Everyone that commented, I relplied to their comment and DM'd them with a link to the paid community about us page. As the trials were getting claimed, I made a comment counting down the number of remaining spots. Results: 🔥12 trials in 2 hours Potential New MRR: 💰$1068/m Future benefit: 🔥List of people to reach out to if the trials convert. I'll keep you guys posted on how many trials convert. STAY TUNED!! Anything you might improve? Anything I should do to retain them?

In the metrics of your community. Does % active members mean? A. # of members that login to the Skool Platform B. # of members that are active in your specific community? I think it' A but I might be wrong?
