Gloves
So my son who's 19 has been using my kettlebells and other equipment. He started getting calluses on his hands as a result and wants to get some gloves. Anyone have any suggestions?

Active recovery/off days
Anyone have good insight on what to do on off days? I need to be doing something almost everyday, enjoying the program and donโ€™t want to inhibit my progress on โ€œoffโ€ days. My PT has recommended for my back that I keep moving as being stoic causes discomfort. Any help is greatly appreciated. Happy lifting everyone!

How often ...?
So let me ask. 1. How often do you work out? Everyday, Every other day? 2. How long are your workouts? 3. What are your basic workouts? I workout 7 days a week. 5 of those days I work out twice a day. Mornings are mostly kettlebells. Evenings are cardio, and Wing Chun. My morning workouts are usually 30-45 minutes. Evenings can be 60-90 minutes depending on what I'm doing g. My kettlebell workouts are mainly various Swings and squats and Turkish Getups. Along with Push-ups and I love my abs roller ๐Ÿ˜†
