So let me ask. 1. How often do you work out? Everyday, Every other day? 2. How long are your workouts? 3. What are your basic workouts? I workout 7 days a week. 5 of those days I work out twice a day. Mornings are mostly kettlebells. Evenings are cardio, and Wing Chun. My morning workouts are usually 30-45 minutes. Evenings can be 60-90 minutes depending on what I'm doing g. My kettlebell workouts are mainly various Swings and squats and Turkish Getups. Along with Push-ups and I love my abs roller ๐
