Hi members. I am battling a spinal tumor that keeps regrowing after surgeries or radiation. I am interested to lean about the keto diet with the hope of stopping or slowing down further regrowth. To complicate matter I have been diagnosed with Fructose Mal absorption.Otherwise I am in good health.

@Ricardo Cavalcanti Thanks Ricardo. Yes, I have had a quick look. There is a lot to get my head around. I am looking forward to getting the knowledge on what a healthy diet actually is.

@Joseph Lackland Thanks Joseph. I assume you are talking about the carnivore diet. I have looked into that. It seems like a drastic diet change. While I don't rule it out, I was thinking a keto diet would be an easier transition to start with.
