I admit this wasn't from an original 4000 character piece I wrote myself... but I wanted to apply the learnings ASAP and this morning I made a carousel in Canva, followed Nico's advice as best as possible. I also made a 3 second reel with cool drums using the last slide, also made an IG story using same drums. And the carousel has already had 26 saves and 5 shares... Thanks Nico :)

I keep saying it but I have so much gratitude for your wisdom and support and the years of work it took to be able to create this offering. In breathwork I felt called to massage my left pelvis and there was sharp pain there. As I continued massaging and energy began moving, I could feel that this was an energetic block to receiving. I acknowledged that and told myself that the old way of giving without receiving was over. A few minutes later a big movement of pain contorted my body and forced me to roll onto my side. I knew it was the old pattern leaving my body. 🔥
