Do fun stuff to keep the creativity flowing
Sitting in front of your computer for hours on end is not a good plan if you want to get max output from yourself. Having a life I enjoy motivates me to maximize the limited hours I work. For me I play basketball every Monday and Friday from 9am-11am. I look forward to it. It's something that excites me and energizes me. I love my work but I also love variety. I love routines but if my only routine was work all day every day I would die inside. And I have made this mistake many times. Living out of scarcity, " I gotta make money!" So I justify my unhealthy workaholic patterns, lock myself in my office, and go to work. Funny enough the work is not even productive. Especially if you are trying to make content. Creating from a place of scarcity is shit. When I'm in this energetic state I often just go into a spiral of overwhelm and don't even get the stuff I need to do done. For me I find it very helpful to have a hobby I can look forward to like basketball. It takes my mind off the work activity and gets me into a playful flow state. As a result I'm able to get back to work and that work is more productive and better quality. Ultimately if you want to level up your business find a hobby you enjoy and make a routine out of it.

I needed to hear this... great advice
Stop trying to be the best
Just got off a coaching call yesterday and want to share a major insight to help you overcome the good ol imposter syndrome. The feeling of low confidence because we are measuring our ability to help someone by whether or not we are the absolute best in our industry. The reality is there can truly only be like one best in your industry. That's likely not you. And that's actually really freeing. You don't need to be the Hormozi of your industry. You just need to have the skills, passion, and ability to solve your ideal clients problems really well. You don't need anything else in regards to accolades and all that. Of course experience and results matter but they don't disqualify you. If your really new just help people for free and gain the experience. For example, When I started my marketing business helping gym owners back in 2019 I felt like an imposter because I didn't have a million dollar gym like some. I was doing good making 15-20k/month revenue but still felt disqualified. What helped me get over the imposter syndrome was realizing that I was: 1. Good at running ads so that was my main offer for gyms. Run their ads for them. 2. Borrowing confidence from a coach I hired. Mindsets are like walls... Strongholds. Sometimes we need the help of others to tear them down and move past em. Like a lot people, I could have succumbed to that mindset and never started the business. But I pushed passed and built a business that provided a level of freedom I never had before. Over the last 5 years that business provided around 350k/yr on average. Around 130k profit on avg. Not record-breaking numbers but I also had a lifestyle that is hard to come by. Lots of free time. Which is what matters most as a Dad of 3. :) Ultimately, in order for someone to want to do business with you they need to know, like, and trust you. And that doesn't require you to be the #1 in your industry. It just requires you to consistently create content that resonates and is helpful.
