Active but no impressions
Hi Marvin, Ads have been active for a couple of days but not got any impressions at all. Budget is £10 p/ad and £50 per day for campaign. Is this delay normal? Or have I likely got something wrong? Thanks.

@Dan Esdale I had the same problem. The only way around it is to create a new Business Manager. Then you can create a new Ad account and you will need a new page as well. I basically went through day 2 and 3 all over again. I am not launching andy new ads until my pixels are installed and only after I have a better grasp on FB policy. Since we new to FB we under more scrutiny then seasoned FB advertisers. It does not help with the fact that we do not get any help here. 😡

Business manager
Hey there Still can’t get my business manager to work, set up a business page but it will not accept it, can anyone help please.

@Sean Homes I am not sure what the problem is. It is suppose to work. I found some free YouTube courses that help you understand and show how to setup you business manager, ad AC and much more. Look through some of those, it might help you figure out what the problem is.

Disabled Ad Account
@Marvin Weiss My Ad Account was disabled after my first set of ads. I am unable to use the page attached to that ad account. I had some other pages created some time ago. I created a new Ad manager and a new Ad account and attached an existing page to it. My Question is, how do I get you the new Pixel ID? The form only allows you send it once. What ID do I send you? The Dataset ID or the Pixel ID. Business Suite does not allow me to create a Pixel as it states that it has been moved to Dataset creation. So I am not sure. PS: I am unable to use the $5 Bully method until Pixel is installed on affiliate landing Page. I saw a comment that you are back as normal from now on. Can you give us an estimate as to how much longer we need to wait for this. Thanks

Rejected Ads
Hi, Do we have to create a complete new Campaign for rejected ads? When logging into Ads Manager it does not show the Ads so I cant copy it. Is there a way to only amend the rejected ads without having to recreate everything?

@Sean Homes Using you phone is little more difficult. It is better to use a laptop. On your mobile, It is better use chrome browser instead of the App. Type in business.facebook.com and follow the info provided in the pdf attached. I have basically followed Marvin and gave screen shots of the steps. Hope you find this useful.

@Erin Brinkman I have not done any new ads. Since my Ad account is disabled I had to create a new Business manager, new Ad Account and I am using a different business page. I even went through the FB policy and did a simple course about there ad policy. I am hoping that the next set of ads I will not get rejected.

Hey there I’m really struggling to set up this Facebook manager, It’s so confusing and half of it in German, so I’m really struggling and wondered if anybody else was as well and any help would be most appreciated.
