Challenge Pre-work + 1 Important Question...
How is everybody getting along with the challenge pre-work? You will want to get through the introduction and 3D Living modules quickly, but this challenge is designed to be self paced if needed, so don't rush it. There will be some more modules popping up today, so keep an eye out for that. I also want to ask you 1 Important Question.. What is one of your biggest struggles or hurdles you have been experiencing in accomplishing whatever your goal has been for the past weeks/months/years?

@Jayme Olson believe me i try to understand i get somethings like if i eat broccoli with some protein like chicken or steak around 6 pm most of the time loose weight anything with starch carbs or sugar sometimes make me go up i been steady for almost 2 years at 144 to 149 used to weigh 310 pound
